Buy Engine

How much to buy, sized to real demand.

The Buy Engine recommends how many units to buy for every option, sized to demand it reconstructs from your own selling history — corrected for the weeks a style sat out of stock, so a sold-out winner is never mistaken for a weak one. Every number stays inside your open-to-buy budget, broken down month by month, and the buyer keeps the final call on every line.

What it does

Demand-sized quantitiesRecommends units per option against a calibrated forecast band, grossed up to your sell-through target so the buy matches real demand, not gut feel.
Budget-aware to the monthHolds every recommendation inside your open-to-buy by intake month, flagging where a plan runs over before you commit.
Allocation and replenishment built inSizes launch packs by store grade, splits initial drop from reserve, and shapes the size curve so stores open with the right depth.
Plan your way, then compareRun conservative, balanced or fashion-forward scenarios — maths-only or with your buyer overlay — and compare runs side by side before approving.
Ask why, in plain EnglishQuestion any line and get the evidence behind it — comparable history, current stock, size curve, lost-sales risk — then accept, hold, reject or lock your own number.

How it works

Import your range and open-to-buy, then run a scenario; the engine reconstructs availability-corrected demand from comparable sales and buy history and sizes each option to your sell-through target inside budget. You review every line against its evidence pack, and the buyer's intent is captured in the exported buy sheet. The same engine is replayed against years of your own buying history, so recommendations arrive with a validated track record, not a black-box promise.
