How it works

Each week the platform pulls each store's sales and matches them against the store's live floorplan and current stock placement. It works out what sold on-floor versus off-floor, spots duplicates and thin size runs, and turns that into a tight executive read with a ranked action list, delivered as an emailed summary plus a floorplan PDF and a store-by-store workbook.
