Staff reads sales already attributed to each named seller in your POS, then estimates active selling hours from each person's first and last in-store sale of the day to make comparisons fairer. Pick any week, store, state or channel and the leaderboard, coaching gaps and per-person profiles update instantly. The same engine can email a scheduled staff report with an executive summary and a full workbook attached.
