Stock Transfers

Move stock to where it will actually sell.

Every week, Stock Transfers reads your live network position and finds the stock you already own that's sitting in the wrong stores. It pairs each surplus to a store with proven demand for that exact size, prices the move net of freight, and only surfaces consignments worth shipping. Then it tracks what actually sold, so the next recommendation is sharper than the last.

What it does

Demand-evidenced pairingMatches surplus at a donor store to a receiver genuinely selling that exact size, so you ship to real pull rather than a hunch.
Net-of-freight rankingPrices every consignment on expected margin minus real distance-tiered freight, so a move only appears when it pays for itself.
No-brainer fast laneFlags the cheapest, highest-confidence short-haul moves so you can accept the obvious ones in a click and spend attention on the close calls.
Size-run protectionWon't strip a donor's size curve, ship into stock already in transit, or churn the same store twice in a month.
Exit-stock consolidationPulls slow, fragmented and markdown lines out of stores that have stopped selling them and concentrates them where they still move before season-end.

How it works

Run the engine, or let the weekly automatic run do it, to get a briefing of ranked consignments — each showing units, retail value, expected margin, freight and net value. Accept the moves you want and each becomes a task for the sending store to pack and ship. After it lands, the platform matches it against actual stock movements and scores how much sold, per consignment and against your own historical baseline.
