Range Plan

Build next season's range on evidence, not instinct.

Range Plan is where next season takes shape — every option, price point and category laid out on one visual board. Instead of grading the range on gut feel, it scores the whole option set against how last season's products actually sold, so you can see where the range is balanced and where it's over-bought, thin or duplicated before a single unit is committed.

What it does

Balance scorecardGrades the whole range across breadth, price architecture, role mix and category balance, so range health is one number, not a feeling.
Plain-English review queueSurfaces ranked issues — an over-ranged category, a gap in the price ladder, a fashion-heavy mix, a thin intake margin — each with the reason in a sentence.
Carry-over, refresh and exitPulls each option's verdict from last season's product intelligence, so you keep proven winners, refresh the right places and exit what's over-stocked.
Live open-to-buy checkTracks range cost against the season's budget as you edit, flagging over-budget and showing remaining headroom without leaving the board.
Editable, presentable boardAdjust units, price, role and must-include inline and watch the score, margin and budget recompute live; group, drag, and print a clean board for sign-off.

How it works

Pull options into a scenario, group them on the board, and the engine grades the set against last season's real demand and sell-through. As you edit price, units and role, the balance score, intake margin and budget headroom update live, and the review queue tells you exactly what's still off. When the range holds together, hand it straight to the Buy Engine to size and commit.
